    What’s the right dream for the organization? What kind of leadership do we need in order to realize that dream? How do we want to see that leadership happen?
    Through a combination of facilitated exercises top management defines a clear ambition and roadmap for leadership development. They start their own leadership journey.
  3. Talking the walk
    How do we initiate leadership at organizational level? How do we create headroom in the organization for leadership development?
    Top management initiates leadership practices in their teams and networks in order to create an organizational leadership culture. TFLI can assist in defining and implementing these practices and fueling the leadership dynamics.
  4. Monitor the leadership journey
    How is leadership evolving? Are we on track?
    TFLI participates as independent observer in the leadership steering committee to challenge and inspire the leadership journey of the organization

Start 2 Lead (S2L)

For organizations wanting to install a true leadership spirit with their young leaders and professionals at the frontline of the organization.

For young potentials in the organization starting lead in a hierarchical or functional way and wanting to get the basics right.

Young leaders give organisations a boost. They have a clear focus, put professionalism first and take initiatives in a open and constructive way with a good sense of self and reality. They know that success depends not only on the quality of the work, but also on the quality of their relations.

This program gets the basics right in leadership: being effective in working with other people by developing presentation, communication and facilitation skills. A second dimension is personal leadership: developing a clear sense of self and focus in their career. And finally sense of organizational reality is enhanced by learning the basics in management theory and applying it to their organisation.

The integrated mix of training, theory, self-reflection and action-learning helps organisations to form a firm leadership talent base in their organization. The program exists today only in customer specific settings. An open program is under construction.
